In 2006, ICCM (International Conference on Chemicals Management) made announcement of SAICM (Strategic Approach to International Chemicals Management) which have the following basic ideas:

CED coating can be originally recognized as eco-friendly coating. because it has homogenous coating quality; anti-corrosive and low VOC・high ratio foaming energy saving. However, even this coating contain substances which lead to concerns on safety, for example Organic Tin compound. We focus on development of alternative materials for this issue.
