Nagase & Co., Ltd. (President and Representative Director: Hiroyuki Ueshima) and Clean Energy Connect, Inc. (Representative Director: Teppei Uchida, hereinafter "Clean Energy Connect") have signed a virtual Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) service agreement. This contract is one of NAGASE Group's initiatives to achieve zero emissions under Scope 2, a non-financial target in its mid-term management plan "ACE2.0", by utilizing the virtual PPA service provided by Clean Energy Connect. This is the first time we have adopted virtual PPA services.
